Currently Sohna rises steadily on the liveability index, a recent report by Cushman & Wakefield titled ‘A Glimpse of an Evolving Growth Vector: Sohna, South of Gurgaon', says that the location and its vicinity have been showing promising improvement on many of the key parameters of the liveability index & evaluates key parameters like current and potential connectivity to other locations, health and education facilities, location's proximity to hubs of business growth and development, civic infrastructure among others which will help Sohna to come up as an independent self-sustaining city.

7.  Proposed Flyover on NH 248A over Badshahpur Chowk / Elevated Corridor: Once completed, the flyover is expected to decongest the existing bottleneck at Badshahpur Chowk, which in turn would result in a signal-free travel between Rajeev Chowk till Sohna. With this  Central Park Flower Valley will be almost as an extension of Central Park Resorts.
