The project is developed by Suniel’s company S2 Realty & Developers Pvt. Ltd. and one of the villas belongs to him and his wife Mana Shetty. The contemporary villa has been designed by close friend and prominent Architect Alan Abraham, while the interiors are styled by Mana with furniture and accessories sourced from her store.
