Regular Membership - National Real Estate Development Council Haryana (NAREDCO Haryana)

National Real Estate Development Council (NAREDCO) was established as an autonomous self-regulatory body in 1998 under the aegis of Ministry of Housing and Urban Poverty Alleviation, Government of India. It is in this year that the Government of India re-drafted the National Housing & Habitat Policy, giving due importance to the Housing and Real Estate sector, thereby declaring housing for all citizens by the year 2022. The Indian housing and real estate sectors and the allied industries hailed the establishment of NAREDCO, as the apex national body for the real estate industry and visualized it as a single platform where Government, industry and public would discuss various problems and opportunities face to face which would result in speedy resolution of issues. It was formed with the mandate to induce transparency and ethics in real estate business and transform the unorganized Indian real estate sector into a matured and globally competitive business sector.

NAREDCO Haryana was established as an autonomous self-regulatory body in 2009. The body combines developers, integrate State government and District Administrations, public  sector enterprises, civil society, legally constituted condominium associations engaged in real estate development like land development, layout, planning and construction of residential, commercial buildings, complexes, townships and enhancement of infrastructure as also maintenance and governance of cities as also engaged in rendering the best Real Estate licensing services and Training programmes under the brand RIRM which has trained over 2000 Real Estate Professionals and channel partners.

Over the past approximately eight months, there have been encouraging announcements made by Hon’ble Prime Minister, Shri Narendra Modi to promote Affordable Housing and  the Budget provisions announced to further augment Affordable Housing Development. Taxation and Regulatory reforms have also picked up in real estate sector. Political will is clearly visible to regulate and organize this sector to focus on inclusive development with conducive environment to fast track development with a view to accomplish the vision of NDA Government in the Centre of Housing for all by 2022. Indian buoyant economy and globalization of markets have given immense impetus to the development of industries, infrastructure, academic institutions and housing in the state of Haryana. It is becoming one of the most favoured investment destinations in the country.
