About Developer
The Rohan Lifescapes Group was founded by Mr. Harresh N. Mehta, and his family, over 15 years ago. Since then it has grown to become a major player in South Mumbai's real estate scenario. As part of the urban renewal process in the City, where most buildings of the pre-independence era are badly dilapidated, the State Government in the 1990's offered additional Floor Space Index (FSI) as an incentive to private players.
