Goyal Riviera Harmony

Riviera Harmony is an intelligently designed 4 bedroom apartment building in Prahlad Nagar, Ahmedabad; and was completed in 2012. The design was planned to provide 4 bedrooms that are compact, eliminating the hassle of maintaining an otherwise large apartment.

Its amenities make it a landmark project, with a luxurious environment made possible at an affordable price – some of the amenity highlights being : A well designed lobby security system, an ideally sized swimming pool and a well equipped gym.

Our design team at Goyal was briefed to create a living environment with an emphasis on enjoyable space that conveniently accommodated a full array of amenities with lots of green space that would induce a fresh and healthy environment for residents. The end result is a secluded place for the young, with a pristine swimming pool and a colourful childrens play area.

Our decision on Riviera Harmony’s location was based on 3 value-adding factors. The first being its good access and road connectivity – Corporate Road ( just off Sarkhej-Gandhinagar 8C highway) . The second factor being that its the most prefered residential area in Ahmedabad; and finally it happens to be the most happening area to live in with all important residential requirements conveniently available in the vicinity.
