About Developer

Over a period of two and half decades GK Group has carved a distinct niche for itself through several projects spread over mainly in Sainikpuri zone of Secunderabad. The very fact that two colonies have been named after this group shows the strong presence it has in this zone.

Having built about 2.5 millions sq ft. they are now focusing on developing large housing schemes in the form of gated communities in the peripheral areas of the twin cities, which are fast developing to meet the housing requirements of middle and upper middle class customers.
The endeavor of G.K. Group is to provide better quality housing with decent amenities keeping in view the needs and aspirations and at the same time the affordability of middle income group.
From the project to project they strengthened their customer base by improving quality and design as per changing needs and tastes of the modern customers.
Recently DHFLVC joined this group on project specific basis after conducting vigorous due diligence. This is indeed a testimony to the Group’s capability. The Group initially planned to develop about 1.5 million sq ft. jointly with DHFLVC. The first project under this arrangement consisting of 3.15 lakhs sq.ft which was funded by SBI was completed by on 31st March 2011.
Founded 25 years ago by Late Sri .K. Ramakrishnaiah, this Group groomed many young people to become independent builders by themselves. Many of the reputed builders in this area have their roots with G. K. Group.
For G.K.Group, Construction is profession and community work is its passion. Late Sri.K.Ramakrishnaiah donated two acres of prime land to a trust to develop educational institutions, gifted 1000 Sq.Yds., of land abutting the main road to a church and provided a place for BRAHMAKUMARIS to conduct their programs and helped many in need in several ways.

Mr.K.HanumanthaRao, Managing Partner, civil engineer with more than two decades of experience and involvement in construction of residential complexes. A leader by example and as President of Malkajgiri Builders’ Association taking very active part in resolving various issues concerning the builders and participating in deliberations with Govt. and other agencies for the welfare of builders’ community.

Mr.K.Sudhakar, Chief Executive officer (CEO) a man with several Post Graduate qualifications has extensive exposure to academic and corporate worlds .Presently incharge of planning, development and strategic management in the Group and is responsible for developing strong association with financial institutions which made it possible to take up large projects by the Group. During the recent crisis in Hyderabad market, he not only demonstrated his management skills by delivering one of the best projects in twin cities which has become a benchmark in its segment but also distributed excellent returns to the investors.

Mr.M.Srinivasa Rao, Director-Projects graduate in B.sc. with more than two decades of experience and involvement in construction of residential, high raise complexes of upto 12 floors and gated communities. He is also responsible for executing the projects. A man known for maintaining excellent human relations and completing the projects ahead of the schedule and always within the budget provided.

B V Ravi Kumar, Director (Operations) has a post graduate degree from IIT, Kharagpur and Ex PGDM from SCMHRD, Pune. He has served in the Corps of Engineers, Indian Army for 24 years. He is experienced in handling major projects.
Mr K Parthasarathi, Project Manager, has a vast experience of nearly 18 years in the field of civil engineering. He is a graduate engineer with a management degree in finance. He has successfully completed number of residential buildings in and around Hyderabad.

Mr.P.Bhanu Harsha, Head – Sales & Marketing – A Postgraduate in Business Administration (IMBA, USA) & Software Engineering (MS), has leadership experience in Marketing and Sales Management with knowledge of Business development. He is responsible for creating and implementing vital Sales & Marketing strategies.
