A commerce graduate hailing from an agricultural family, Dr.B.Masthan Rao trained under a reputed chartered accountant firm before he became a pioneer and leader who capitalized on India’s aquaculture movement. Dr.B.Masthan Rao is the Chairman and Managing Director of BMR Group of Industries. With over three decades of experience, he is a visionary and a successful aquaculturist in every sense of the word, who strongly believes in commitment and ethics. Mr.Manoj has a BE (Mechanical Engineering) from Sheffield Hallam University, England; he is now pursuing MBA from University of Manchester. He is responsible for the success of aquaculture exports at BMR Group and the real estate business at Advaita Homes. He exhibited his mettle and grasp of the construction business, even though he did not have extensive experience or apprenticeship from anyone, by successfully leading the construction of 128 units of residential apartments at BRINDAVAN project, Tondiarpet and 5 Villa’s at GLAZE project, ECR. The vision of Manoj is to make, under the able guidance of the Chairman Dr.Masthan Rao, Advaita Homes into a household name for quality and affordable homes in Tamil Nadu.

Mr.Raja Reddy hailed from an agricultural family. After graduating in commerce trained from a reputed chartered accountant firm in Chennai in 1977 – 1983. Mr.Raja Reddy joined as a Chief Accountant and Admin Manager with Savera Group of Hotels and worked with them for 10 years; in 1999, he joined Hanu Reddy Realty Chennai where he sharpened his skills in construction, real estate and marketing; he then joined BMR Group in 2000 as Operations Manager; later he moved to construction division of BMR Group to oversee its marketing and construction operations. At present, Mr.Raja Reddy is responsible for all the construction projects at Advaita Homes.

Ramesh Babu Govindaraj, a Masters in Statistics and a Project Management Professional, is very passionate about projects of all kind, he is more specialisd and more inclined with Real Estate. His expertise include Business Development, Project Management, Turnkey Projects in Real estate (Identify, Procure, Plan, Design, Develop, Implement and Manage facilities), Internet Marketing and Business Research is added credits to his versatile skills. His overall 25 years of experience in New Business Development and Project Implementation which includes Property Acquisitions, Customer Relations, Distributed Sales and Marketing with multi-location control. Apart from regular routine of work in real estate, involving in Buying and Selling of Properties to various ranges of customers,locally and globally, monitoring project progress, liaison with various stake holders like bankers, landowners, agents, corporate's, government and legal bodies etc., He is our overall operations incharge and the Cheif-Executive-Officer of Advaita Homes.
