Upon completion, The Meadow Dance is proposed to have 118 of Total Environment’s signature earth sheltered villas across 20 acres of property, completed over two phases. Phase 1 of the project, on the west side of the property has 56 villas. The plot sizes vary from 509 sq. yards (4580 sq. ft.) to 581 sq. yards (5229 sq. ft.). Phase II, on the east side of the property has 62 villas. Their sizes vary from 320 sq. yards (3209 sq. ft.) to 376 sq. yards (3676 sq. ft.)
