The EXD Five Rings Apartments is surrounded by low rise structures like villas towards north and sports city towards east with larger parcels of open land. This initiated the design to go for a stilt car park so that the apartment units can start at an elevated level & there by offers unique views of the surroundings. Since the apartment units are elevated it offers good wind movement & keeps the environment cool & fresh The Apartment consists of seven blocks comprising two blocks of Studio apartments with 414 units placed towards the north of site with a U- court, two blocks of 1- bhk apartment comprising 108 units overlooking the sports city and three blocks of 2-bhk apartments with 108 units overlooking a central landscaped area towards east and a large open land towards west. The apartments are skilfully designed to attain the functional needs, has privacy for each unit by creating outward looking apartments -enjoying adequate spatial buffer. The planning of every units are open type allowing maximum wind movement and sunlight. The terraces are provided with raised pergola structures to have bougenvilla creepers hanging from it makes it look green, flowery and acts as natural decoration for the building.
