A Clover is a leaf with four lobes and is thought to bring good luck. The name Clover is christened meticulously to make luck smile on you always. The name has a striking resemblance to this project as it will have four signature blocks just like a lobe. Each block derives its significance from the lobe that Clover is famous for. We believe the name will bring good luck to its community abundantly. The abutting Adyar Estuary that presents a scenic view lends its tagline. Each of the four blocks is named as Jade Green, Sea Green, Mint Green and Pine Green, all exciting hues of an absorbing Green Family. The names signifies and denotes peace, wealth, ambition, growth and good health, et al. Each block, signified as lobe, is a flashing green eye of the famous Clover.
