Satya Group is a leading name in the real estate sector in India. Established in 1958 under the name Ashoka Builders, the group had its first projects in Delhi in Hauz Khas and Defence colony. Satya Group believes strongly in trust, quality and commitment and it is this ethos that has driven them over the years and helped them lay down residential projects in Delhi, Kolkatta and Indore.
 

Some of their most prominent residential projects include Platina (Gurgaon), The Hermitage (Gurgaon), The Legend (Gurgaon), Malwa Heights (Indore) and Malwa Jewels (Indore). Their most celebrated hospitality project is The Galaxy Hotel in Gurgaon. Their prominent commercial projects include Centrum Plaza (Gurgaon), Element One (Gurgaon) and City Center (Bhatinda). They also have prominent townships under their belt such as Malwa County (Indore).
 

Satya Group, under the leadership of Nawal Kishore Agarwal, has certainly come a long way since 1958. After handling a few projects in Delhi, the Group moved to Kolkatta in 1972 and spearheaded a few projects in the Burra Bazaar area. However, knowing that the capital of the country was the hub of all development, Satya Groups shifted back to Delhi in 1976. The name was changed from Ashoka Builders to Satya Group in 1999.
