We started our journey in 1973 by investing in Lifestyle Retail, Apparel and Textiles. Under the leadership of our chairman, Mr. Nand Kishore Pansari, we have achieved a dominant position in the retail & distribution sector in Eastern India. Our flagship Raymond shop at Poddar Court, Kolkata has consistently been the highest selling store in India for 16 years.

Our other retail formats include the lifestyle bookstore STORY in West Bengal. The flagship store at Elgin Road spreads over 15000 sq. ft. and organizes several programmes and initiatives to add value to book-lovers in the intellectual capital of the country. Several successful projects have been developed by Primarc in and around Kolkata. Our current and on-going projects include Astitva, Southwinds, Junction Mall , Primarc Towers and many more.

Primarc in association with Shrachi Group has set up Junction Mall, a 4.3 lakh square foot shopping mall at City Centre – Durgapur. A perfect destination for family outings & shopping. Our tenants and associates include the Future Group, Shoppers Stop, KFC, Mainland China, Lifestyle Max and many more.
