our story began in the year 1999. our founder, being a student of architecture, started kasturi with the dream of making homes that display the passion for fine living. since it's inception, we have hand-picked people for a journey where the passion never fades.we believe in exhibiting our passion for fine homes through absolute quality and creativity.it's this passion that drives us to work hard and pushes us to enhance our knowledge and skills.

our designs are constantly upgraded, keeping in mind societal and lifestyle changes. back in the year 2000, we introduced video door phones at ike no midori, our first residential project. in 2001 we were again the first to introduce a lifestyle project on the outskirtsof the city. christened la vida loca, it is a landmark project that stands tall even after 15 years. a fast developing city can also face power shortages, so post la vida loca all our projects have been equipped with generator power back up.
