Winspace Realty

The brand name ‘Winspace Realty’ is a reference to the two words ‘win’ and ‘space’. The name itself touches upon the sanctity of a home and its ability to stand as a sign of good fortune.

Much before Winspace created its niche in the real estate business, it was already an established company in the textile industry at Kolkata. In a bid to venture into the bigger realm of the business industry, the family set its eyes on the financial capital of the country – Mumbai, in the year 1981. This added another feather into their cap and yet another venture to join the ranks of the already flourishing transport and other allied business commitments of the company.  Moreover, with the company’s real estate arm receiving a boost, the client base is swiftly growing at a rapid rate with 650-750 clients.
