Overview

Buildmann’s journey began in the year 1988 under the leadership of TV Balasubramanian, who aspired to bring international standards of construction to India. The company operated in three lines of business: Real Estate Development, Contracting and Consulting Engineering services. For two decades, we were involved in projects as diverse as Industrial buildings, Port projects, Villas and Residential apartments.

Our wide-spectrum exposure to properties made us realise the disquietude of our fellow citizens to settle in their own country, who are accustomed to international lifestyles.
