This company in short span has grown from strength to strength and also expanded its wings not only in Pune, but now also making a name for themselves in Mumbai real estate market too.In the year 2009, Amol Ravetkar of Ravetkar Group along with Mr. Abhay Pote and Mr. Nitin Kulkarni, formed a company named "Ravetkar – Disha Infrastructures and Developers" by bringing together two well known construction companies Ravetkar Group and Disha Infrastructures, who together have delivered many known land marks of Residential and Commercial Complexes in Pune, Aurangabad, Bangalore and Mumbai.

In the year 2002 "Ravetkar Group" expanded its wings and entered into the business of Information and Technology, under the name and banner "M/s. Logic DNA" and the young and dynamic vision of its Managing Director Mr. Amol Ravetkar.
Continuing with its trend of diversification, In the year 2009 "Ravetkar Group" entered into the business of Hospitality, with its upcoming holiday resort "Sunflower Valley Resorts", which coming up from about 40 Kms from Pune, located at the scenic back water of Mulshi Dam. Construction of this resort will start by May 2014. Also Ravetkar Group will soon launch its first multi-cuisine restaurant and service apartments project in one of the plush localities of Pune, which is Koregaon Park.
