Pate Developers

Founded by Balkrishna K Pate in 1983, Pate Developers have been on the forefront in Pune’s real estate landscape. With experience spanning over 25 years, Pate Developers has been instrumental in developing over 1000 residential apartments, several shops, offices & showrooms in and around Pune.

Breaking from the clutter of commercially inclined developers, our motto always has been to see the dreams fulfilled – in the form of an own house, or a workplace. High quality construction, ethical conduct and timely possession are hallmarks of Pate Developers. Our success can be seen in the form of unmistakable record of smiles of our valued customers. Be it affordability, or luxury, we stick to our commitments and provide complete value for money.

The Pate Developers is entering a new phase in the company’s history and has plans afoot to develop huge colonies of average 25 acres for upper middle class buyers. The shift from middle class housing to ultra modern homes is a welcome development.
