Mahabaleshwara Promoters And Builders Pvt Ltd

Mahabaleshwara Promoters & Builders is a trusted name in the Mangalore real estate scenario that has changed the city's landscape. Established under the brand name "Classique" in 1992 by K.C Naik, was the founder secretary & the president (2009-11) of the city chapter of the Confederation of Real Estate Developers Association (CREDAI). Mahableshwara has emerged as one of the leading builders in Mangalore.

Mangalore is a booming city when it comes to businesses, industries & education. This growth has fueled an unprecedented requirement of land, properties & housing in Mangalore. Initially, the real estate scenario in the city was unorganized, and this resulted in fly-by-night operations where real estate developers were just looking to make a quick buck. This changed in 1992, when Mahabaleshwara, already a trusted name in the transport business, ventured into real estate in Mangalore.
