• The Aanandam Ora project, a venture by M/s Ora Land and Housing Pvt. Ltd., was conditionally registered under section 4 of the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016.
• The project, spanning 15.7 acres, is located in Sector 93, Gurugram, and was designated as an Affordable Residential Plotted Colony under the DDJAY scheme.
