The objective behind the commencement of this scheme is to curb the mushrooming of unauthorized colonies and achieve the target of “Housing for All by 2022”. This scheme falls under Prime Minister Awas Yojna (PMAY) and has been approved under the Haryana Government’s consolidated licensing policy in 2015.
