Are there any legal court cases against Brisk Lumbini Terrace Homes project in Gurgaon?

Yes, Builder cheated buyers against many things. Such as BG ( bank desposit ) for electicity. Which is supposed to be paid by builder.

Also looted buyer through maintenance agency ( FCFML ). Charged GST and never deposited. Even GST was cancelled few years back.

Cases are in court and some residents are fighting for their rights.
