Are there any complaints or issues at OSB Golf Heights, Sector 69?

This property is under litigation. Better not to invest in this project. Check Civil Suit bearing CS No. 519-2017.  Unitech also bublished a notice regarding the same in Jul 2019. Also the buyes of this property are very disturebed as there is no construction only demands for instalments. HRERA is doing nothing just providing them the certificates require for them to start the project. The project approval date is aftetr the court case. I don't know how HRERA provided the certificate. In other way HRERA is only for builder not for buyers. You should choose other builder to invest the propert. Be carefull, be vigilant.
