Yes there are lots of complains.

Builder cheated buyers and looted lots of money through the maintenance agency.

FCFML was maintenance agency, they charged heavy GST and never deposited GST in govt account. Even their GST was cancelled fews years back and still they were collecting GST and depositing into builder's pocket.

Some residents have teamed up and taking the builder into court
