Its been 2 years since you have asked this question but even now Chennai Real Estate is a Pure Buyers Market.It was sellers market when there was less competition.Now in Chennai there are lots of builders who have same product which has various price ranges & stays within 1 km radius, So people are now taking advantage of the situation and playing well with Real Estate Companies
