Is Bayaweaver Oh My God in a good location?

Of course it is a good location. The site is clearly visible from the expressway.

It is a corner plot and surrounded by many residential and commercial complexes. A much better location then any other project in the entire patch.

The location itself is the best part of this project, as there is so much inhabitants nearby. The residential sectors and the offices and company nearby. I work in nearby sector and there is requirement of a retail hub in that vicinity. So for that location oh my God project is on win win situation.

The ups of the project is indeed it's location amongst other pointers.

Almost a mid point on the Noida - Greater Noida expressway, it would cater to the huge catchment in & around the vicinity who generally have to travel towards Noida as only best option. Also the almost ready to be launched metro line will add to the footfall. 

Visited recently it is the location can get in that sector just next to expressway soon I guess will be the most demanding area
