How is the Neptune Ramrajya located at Ambivali, Kalyan Mumbai?

Neptune had invested in a property a decade ago in a barren land in ambivli... The land was originally for Neptune Swarajya... They made half of that complex... Had bookings for the complete project. After delaying the project they came up with a plan to inform undelivered investors that they are not getting necessary permissions from kdmc and cannot deliver their booked properties hence will return their booking amount in 2 installments and sent 2 chequesc to the lower income group poor people who could not get time out from their jobs to fight for theiirighthin the booked property... Same saga seems to be repeated as the bookings are too low to be true... I am sure its another swarajya in the making
